ReCo’s fourth quarter 2023 diversion numbers have been tallied! Members saved 8,560 pounds and 4,520 cubic feet of materials from the landfill! Approximately half of this was recycled, and half was reimagined/reused.
Since launch in the fall of 2022, ReCo members have diverted from the landfill an estimated,

♻️ 15,200 BATTERIES
♻️ 5,300 BULBS
Note: Weights and estimated items are calculated using a sample of bag averages. We are improving our food scrap diversion reporting and will be including food scrap weight in these reports in 2024.
