Share some of your art supplies in September! The ReCo pick for September is Art and Office Supplies. Please put the supplies in your ReCo pick bag.
What is included in the September ReCo pick:
– office supplies
– school supplies
– paper, organizers
– staplers
– crayons, pens & pencils, etc.
Please only put in items that fit within the ReCo pick canvas bag.
Help us preserve the life of our ReCo Pick bags by putting anything with ink or bleeding into a separate sealed zip lock or tied off plastic grocery bag (which we will recycle).
The ReCollective is taking T-Shirts for Boomerang Bags as a Bonus pick in September. Please put the T-Shirts in your own bag and place it inside your larger black waterproof bag. Do not put the T-Shirts in the canvas ReCo Pick bag or Textile bag.
What is included? Please add your own bag of clean t-shirts, size S-L.
What is not included? Please avoid putting in any stained shirts, XL and larger, and any shirts with inappropriate language or graphics. Those can go in your textile bag!
Where is it going? Bull City Boomerang Bag is a 100% volunteer-operated effort to sew reusable shopping bags out of reuse materials four times per month! (You can sign up for a sewing session at Sew Crafty, where the bags are made here – no experience necessary!) The program provides free and equitable access to reusable bags to people who might not otherwise own them.
Bull City Boomerang bags are now available at Save A Lot on 812 Liberty St. and King’s Red and White on 305 E. Club Blvd. They are free to anyone!
