We approach this election with both apprehension and hope. As you connect with community members who may not fully grasp what’s at stake, who could be vulnerable to misinformation, or might be unfamiliar with the voting process this year, here are some resources to support those conversations:

VOTING INFORMATION:

Check your registration status.

Make a plan to vote—and help others do the same. In North Carolina there are three ways to vote: Early Voting, Election Day, and By Mail.

Same-day registration is available during Early Voting ONLY! You CANNOT make any changes to your registration on Election Day.

NC State Board of Elections is the state agency charged with the administration of the elections process and campaign finance disclosure and compliance.

You Can Vote trains and mobilizes volunteers to educate, register, and empower all North Carolina citizens to successfully cast their ballot. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, YCV is an organized and effective non-partisan campaign to increase voter registration and voter turnout for people facing barriers to full civic participation.

The North Carolina League of Conservation Voters is a non-partisan organization whose mission is to protect the health and quality of life for all North Carolinians. Their mission is to elect environmental champions, advocate for environmental policies that protect our communities, and hold elected leaders accountable for their decisions.

Votemos NC is a digital platform in Spanish and English that provides information and resources about the electoral process in the United States so that voters can exercise their civic rights fully educated with the correct information.
